| 摘 要： | 东南亚国家自 6 0年代以来 ,在经济发展方面取得了长足进展 ,但随之而来的是环境污染的加剧、生态环境的恶化 ,如城市化问题、大气污染、水污染、热带雨林减少 ,并且有跨国界污染的趋势。生态环境的恶化对东南亚国家的可持续发展造成了严重威胁 ,环境安全问题日益突出。因此 ,增加环境意识和加强环境保护 ,处理好保护环境与发经济之间的关系 ,加强环境问题的国际合作 ,已成为东南亚国家面临的刻不容缓的大事。
