| Abstract: | The conception of the scientific development plays a guiding role in strengthening the construction of China's public servants. In accordance with some laws of the conception of scientific development,such as the law of Sustainable Development,the law of Spend of Efficiency,the law of Balanced Developing and All-round developing of Man,the writer analysis some existing problems on China's public servants,and explain the goals and values of the construction of China's public servants. |
