| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是刑罚制度改革的产物,我国探索性地开展这项工作,但存在立法滞后、制度尚不健全、总体发展水平偏低、管理手段和矫正队伍素质不高、没有科学的再犯预测和监督控制机制。因此,加紧社区矫正的立法、完善科学的裁量机制、健全的执行体系是当务之急,以保证社区矫正工作的法制化、科学化和制度化。
