对高校教学管理模式变革的思考

当前我国高校传统的教学管理模式,已经不适应时代进步和教育发展的要求。教学管理的目的是要对教学全过程实施有效的领导,根据教学过程中的信息反馈,对教师的教学内容、方法、效果等实行有效的监控、调配和指挥。高校可以考虑将一些新型管理方式引入教学管理,特别是目标管理模式,其先进的理念和刚柔结合的管理方法为我国高校当前和今后的教学管理改革提供了一些重要启示。

Consideration on Reforming the Mode of Teaching in Management Colleges

Nowadays,the traditional mode of teaching management in colleges has not been able to fulfil the demands from the era and the development of education.The aim of teaching management is to provide effective guidance to teaching process,to carry out effective supervision,distribution and conduction to the teachers' content,method,and effects,based on the information feedback during the whole teaching process.We should try to introduce some new modes into teaching management,especially the mode of aim-management,whose advanced idea and conducting method can be instructive to our current reform of teaching management in colleges as well as the reform in future.
