| 摘 要： | 女性发展是实现社会公平正义的前提。通过对安徽省淮北市女性发展状况的分析,反思了女性在参政议政、教育、卫生、劳动就业、法律保障等领域存在的问题,提出在构建和谐社会进程中必须采取积极有效的干预措施,推动女性平等发展。
