| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国际金融业混业经营的整体趋势的分析,从合到分,由分到合的过程体现了金融业在全球经济一体化,导致的国际竞争日益激烈的市场中职能的转变.结合指出国外的实践和经验,分析我国现行的金融体制,阐述了我国金融经营体制转变的必然性,并提出几点建议.
