| 摘 要： | 刑事和解后续工作对于完善刑事和解机制、促进冲突彻底解决和社会和谐具有非常重要的意义。我国对刑事和解后续工作的探讨还需深化。刑事和解后续工作可从刑事和解协议的效力确认，加害人的犯罪预防和社会化，被害人的保障和保护三个方面具体展开。

| Abstract: | The succeeding work of the victim-offender mediation includes affirmation of agreement validity, prevention of crime and socialization of the offender, normalization and protect of the victim and establishment of some relevant systems. In order to perfect the mechanism of victim-offender mediation, resolve conflicts completely and promote social harmony, we can＇t neglect the things at the later stage. |
