转型期中国农民政治参与制度化探微

社会转型期,农民的民主参与意识日渐增强,政治参与活动不断增多。但是,农民在维护自身权益时,往往诉诸失范、无序甚至违法的非制度化政治参与,这严重影响到农村的政治稳定乃至整个国家的社会安定。因此,需要认真分析农民非制度化政治参与的成因,探讨实现农民政治参与制度化的基本路径,以提高其政治参与制度化的水平。

The Exploration on the Institutionalized Political Participation of Peasants During the Social Transition Period

During the period of social transition,peasants'sense of democratic participation has become stranger and stronger,and their political participation actitivities have increased constantly.However,in order to preserve their own rights and inter-ests,peasants often resort to misconduct disorder or illegal political participation.This has serious implications for the political stability of rural areas,and even social stability in the whole country.Therefore,in order to improve peasants'participation in the political system,we need analyse the causes of non-institutionalized political participation carefully,and explore the basic approaches to achieve the institutionalization of political participation.
