| 摘 要： | 互联网的发展给现代社会带来了极大的便利,但同时也造就了网络犯罪不同于传统犯罪的特征。网络犯罪日益蔓延,对社会产生的危害也越来越广、越来越深。网络犯罪的出现是由诸多原因导致的,只有全面分析产生网络犯罪的诱因,我们才能更好地制定和实行防控对策,切实到位地减少以至消除网络犯罪现象。

| Abstract: | While the development of internet brings modern society great convenience,it contributes to features of cyber crime which are different form those of traditional crime.The spreading of cyber crime is doing more and more harm to the society.The causes of the crime must be analyzed comprehensively to make practical prevention and control countermeasures,thus to reduce,even to eliminate cyber crime. |
