| 摘 要： | 非政府组织(NGO)近年来蓬勃发展,特别是对国际经济法律关系产生了深远的影响,并事实上形成了一套在民间行之有效的具有一定法律效力的制度和规则。认定这些制度和规则的合法性的基础,是在国际经济法律关系中确定NGO的独立主体资格。

| Abstract: | The great development of the non-governmental organization in recent years has resulted in long-term affection in international economy laws and formed a set of system and rule with a certain of legal effective that prevails in civil society.The legality of these rules based on the independent legal personality of NGO.This article analyses the function and background of non-governmental organization,and presented a set of thinking about legal status of non-governmental organization in theory and in practice. |
