| 摘 要： | 失业作为市场经济的伴生物,存在于所有市场经济国家中。除导致失业的共同因素外,我国的失业又有自身特殊的原因。目前,我国劳动力就业形势严峻,失业现象突出,社会反响很大。应从发展教育事业、调整产业结构、发展知识经济等方面提出解决措施。

| Abstract: | As an accompaniment, unemployment exists in all countries with market economy. Besides common factors which cause the unemployment, there are special reasons in china. In order to analyze briefly the reasons, the auther emphasizes two aspects: labour supply and the labor demand. Actually in China. Serous states of unemployment and striking unemploy ment have evoked great social repercussions. The essay offers some ways to solve the problem: education development, changing industrial structure, developing economy knowledge etc. |
