| 摘 要： | 反垄断法作为规制行为人在特定市场上排除或限制竞争行为的法律,其在性质上属于经济法。反垄断法主要具有典型的国家干预性、整体利益本位性、经济政策性、调整方法的综合性以及实体法与程序法一体性等基本特征。反垄断法是经济法的核心部分之一,是我国社会主义市场经济法律体系不可缺少的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | The antimonopoly law, as a law that eliminates or limits the competitive behavior on the particular market, belongs to the economic law, which remains the characteristic of governmental intervention principle, whole benefit selfishness, policy economic, complex of regulating method, and the unity of material law and procedure law. It is one of the key parts of the economic law, and the important indispensable component of the socialist market economy of our country. |
