| 摘 要： | 1997年以来，中国正在逐步成为一个包括大陆、香港、澳门和台湾在内的多法域国家，即出现“一国两制三法系四法域”的格局。随着内地与港澳台地区之间经济贸易与民事交往的增多，跨法域的民事案件层出不穷，并引起不同法域的法律冲突。建立完善的区际司法协助体制成为解决当前司法冲突的重要途径，而民事判决的相互承认和执行作为诉讼程序的归宿，毫无疑问成为司法协助的最终目标。

| Abstract: | Since1997,China has gradually become a country with multi-legal areas,including the mainland,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,that is,one country,two systems,three systems of law and four legal areas.Along with the increase of economic trade and civil communication between the mainland and the districts of Hong Kong,macao and Taiwan,civil cases extending different legal areas emerge in an endless stream,causing legal conflicts in different legal areas.Establishment of a perfect inter-district legal assistant system becomes the important way to solve current legal conflicts.Mutual acknowledgment and execution of civil verdicts,no doubt,will become the final goal of legal assistance. |
