我国互联网灰色产业链分析及其法律应对措施

在互联网成为国家经济重要组成部分的同时,互联网上的各种灰色产业链也随之兴起而不断发展,对国家网络信息安全、互联网经济等带来不可忽视的影响,给法律上如何应对也带来了新的挑战。因此,研究分析当前主要互联网灰色产业链的流程、危害、特点等,采取相应措施,加强公民个人信息的法律保护,对推进我国整体信息安全法律体系建设具有重要意义。

Analysis of China's Internet Grey Economic Chains and Their Legal Response

Internet has become an important part of the national economy,while a variety of grey economic chains continually developed on the internet,they are not only effecting the internet economy,but also severely threating the national information security and network security,challenging the law and legulation.Four key grey economic chains on the Chinese Internet are studied,then their processes,damages of inpacts and characteristics are analyzed,at last,suggestions are proposed,such as taking appropriate measures to strengthen the legal protection of personal information and promoting the information security of the legal system as a whole.
