我国社区矫正制度构建与完善的战略构想

由于文化背景、历史传统甚至立法习惯的差异,社区矫正形成了英国、日本和美国三种比较典型的模式。我国社区矫正在全国选择部分试点,收到良好的改造效果,也发现了一些问题。在我国建立健全社区矫正制度必须建立相应的社区构建与完善矫正战略,明确此制度的成熟不是一蹴而就的,需要一个相对长期的过程,同时要因地制宜建立相应的社区矫正审批机制来保证社区矫正制度得到恰当的实施。
