Global ethics, an ethic ideal universally shared, must seek its ideological resource in various civilizations around the world. This article, through a sorting and generalization of the content of Buddhist ethics, examines the modern way of interpretation of Buddhist ethics under the context of global ethics, and constructs a system of Buddhist ethics based on belief ethics, social normalization ethics and virtue ethics. It also discusses the features of the ideas of Buddhist ethics and displays the necessity, possibility and significance of Buddhist ethics' being a resource of global ethics.
