龙年伊始，非洲接连发生三起中国海外员工被劫持事件和一起爆炸伤亡事件。一方面，中国已成为非洲的第一大贸易伙伴国；另一方面，非洲也是中国员工遇袭遇劫遇害的多发大洲。目前，中国海外企业与员工的安全仍然存在许多隐患，必须未雨绸缪，亡羊补牢，全面提升中国企业和员工对安全风险的评估水平、应对意识和防范能力。

Further Reminding the Chinese Enterprises and Workforces inAfrica of the Risks and Necessary Safety Measures

Since the beginning of this year, three incidents of kidnapping and one explosion that involved the victims of Chinese overseas workers have occurred inAfrica. China has already become the largest trade partner of Africa, where the cases of attacks on Chinese working there are the most. Presently, the Chinese enterprises and workforces in Africa are confronted with many potential safety risks, and they should be encouraged to raise their ability to evaluate the safety risks, heighten their awareness of such risks and take necessary prevention measures.
