| 摘 要： | 2001年3月,《中华人民共和国信托法》正式发布,9年来,《信托法》发挥了重大的作用。可是不足之处,也逐步被人们所认识。所以应尽早修改《信托法》,进一步加强信托法律法规建设。首先,现有条文有必要修改;其次,内容需要补充完善。

| Abstract: | In March 2001,the trust law of the People's Republic of China was issued formally.The trust law has played a significant role during the nine years,but it's deficiency is also gradually recognized by people.So we should revise the trust law as early as possible in order to furtherly strengthenh the trust legal norms construction.Firstly,the existing provisions need to be revised.Secondly,it's contents need to be supplemented and perfected. |
