| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高职高专院校状况及就业和失业率的分析,以美国餐饮巨头麦当劳、肯德基两公司的生产经营和市场营销模式,即"麦—肯模式"引导切入。创新提出"法律类"高等职业院校人才培养观念和培养模式。
