| 摘 要： | 深化国有文化单位改革,健全现代文化市场体系,创新文化管理体制,完善政策保障机制,推动中华文化走向世界,积极吸收借鉴国外优秀文化成果,是党的十七届六中全会提出的深化文化体制改革的行动纲领。按照这一纲领深化文化体制改革,对于推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、把我国建设成为社会主义文化强国具有决定性意义。
