A comparative research on the criminal scouting systems in China and in Italy

There are similarities as well as differences in the criminal scouting systems in China and in Italy with regard to such aspects as the scouting subjects, the scouting procedures, the scouting measures and methods, and the rules of collecting proofs. This results from the influence and limitation of the political systems, legal systems and judicial traditions of the two countries. Strengthening the comparative research on the criminal scouting systems of the two countries and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of both systems is of great significance to reform and improve the criminal scouting system in China.
