| 摘 要： | 维护公民升学机会的平等是我国法律保护的受教育机会平等的重要内容.保障公民在分数面前人人平等的形式平等仍然是我国实现公民受教育机会平等的主要手段.中高考加分规定合理与否取决于加分规定所依据的分类标准是否侵犯了公民依法享有的受教育平等权.对特惠性加分规定应该适用严格审查标准.国家需要从立法上规范中高考加分政策.
