| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪是一种犯罪的新形态,网络犯罪的预防和控制机制是一项综合性的、复杂的系统工程,文中从建立网络警察队伍、建立网络犯罪的防范机制、防控网络犯罪的对策、网络犯罪的防范技术几个方面进行了讨论,重点阐述了网络犯罪的防范技术。

| Abstract: | The network crime is a kind of new appearance of crime.The prevention and control mechanism of the Network crime is a project of synthetic and complicated system engineering.The paper has a discussion from aspects of the establishment of network police's troops,building up a network crime against mechanism,defending counter-plans of the network crime,and techniques against the network crime.It focuses on cyber-crime prevention techniques in this article. |
