对新疆《民族区域自治法》的实施与少数民族权益实现程度的思考

新疆维吾尔自治区在贯彻实施《民族区域自治法》的实践中,重视对少数民族权益的保障,取得了一定成效,为新疆经济社会发展和社会稳定起到了很大的促进作用。同时,也存在着一些影响新疆实施《民族区域自治法》和少数民族权益实现程度的制约因素。为了进一步促进新疆地区经济社会可持续发展和贯彻、实施好《民族区域自治法》,必须加强学习、提高认识,进一步增强贯彻民族区域自治法的责任感和自觉性;深入贯彻实施《民族区域自治法》,助推新疆经济社会实现跨越式发展;继续加强民族团结教育,进一步巩固和发展新疆平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系。

Consideration on Implementing of Autonomous law in Minority Region and Fulfillment Degree of Minority's Rights

In the implementing practice of Autonomous Law in Minority Region,the government values the guarantee of minorities＇ rights and obtains some effective achievements,and contributes a lot to the economic and social development of Xinjiang and social stability.In the meantime,there also exist some factors in restricting the fulfillment of the law and minorities＇ rights.To enhance the continuous development of Xinjiang and better implement the law,we should strengthen our study,improve our understanding,further strengthen the sense of responsibility and consciousness of implementing Autonomous Law,thoroughly carry out it,help to push economic and social leap development of Xinjiang,strengthen the education on the unity of all nationalities,further solidify and develop the socialist relationship of equality,mutual aid,harmony among all Xinjiang nationalities.
