| 摘 要： | 利普哈特提出了多数民主的替代性民主模式即共识民主。然而,在行为主义方法论运用、共识民主的构成以及共识民主与观念的关系上,利普哈特的论证都存在问题。其实,现行的多数民主本身就是共识政治基础上的共识民主,否则多数民主就难以实行。

| Abstract: | Liphart put forward an alternative for majority democracy,common democracy.However,in the relations between the application of behaviorism methodology and the makeup of common democracy,common democracy and concept,the argumentation of Liphart has some problems.In fact,the existing majority democracy itself is common democracy on the basis of common politics or it will not be applicable. |
