国外对巡逻方式历史性的反思及当今的改革思路

The historical introspection and current thinking of reform for patrol ways abroad

After the 1930s, some foreign police circles of developed country replaced patrol on foot by driving car gradually. Patrol of driving car has a series of advantages.
