Inquiry into Psychology Stress Problems of the Police in Grass Roots

Because of their vocational particularity, complex, dangerous nature of their work, the police in grass roots have more sources of psychology stress problem than other professions. This seriously affects health and mind and the level of enforcing the law as well. By analyzing the psychology sources of stress problem, the author makes suggestions and countermeasures.
