| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类社会进步的重要表征和社会文明的重要构件,“三大文明”构成了现代社会文明的整体。“社会主义政治文明”新范畴的提出,是对中国特色社会主义认识的深化和发展。在新世纪新阶段,着力推进社会主义政治文明,建设和发展社会主义民主政治,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。
