| 摘 要： | 涉众型经济犯罪呈上升趋势，严重威胁着我国社会主义市场经济的正常发展，影响了我国社会秩序的安定。涉众型经济犯罪在侵害不特定多数人财产权利的同时，也严重影响和制约了和谐社会的构建．已成为我国经济领域中严重的不和谐因素。涉众型经济犯罪案件具有显著的特点，在办理涉众型经济犯罪案件过程中，除了在侦查阶段上要注意谋略和方法的运用外，在破案后，一定还要注重案件的合理处置。
