| 摘 要： | 青年人才是推动社会经济发展的巨大力量，青年顺利成才事关祖国的未来和民族的希望。社会承认作为人才价值实现的关节点，是青年成才的重要环节，对于青年自觉完成人生飞跃和继续发展、实现个人价值与社会价值都意义重大。社会承认的客观现实和重要地位，必然要求我们坚持科学的人才观教育，积极创造良好的成才环境，发挥青年的主观能动性，在社会实践过程中实现青年成才的最终目标。
