| 摘 要： | 关于儿童的文化享有权利，目前理论界尚未进行系统的阐述，但我国法律对此已作了比较明确的确认和保障。我国儿童文化享有权利的现实状况是儿童文化服务提供较为丰富，儿童文化需求被充分激发，儿童组织和机构体系较为完备。我国儿童文化享有权利的未来发展呈现出儿童文化权利意识增强、儿童文化需求多样性、儿童权利保护组织和机构多态性、儿童文化产业支持作用加强、国际合作加深等趋势。
