| 摘 要： | 公安民警依法行使职权得不到法律保障的问题在我国相当突出,要解决这一问题,只有通过不断强化民警执法权益受法律保障的意识,保障民警执法权益有法可依、有章可循以及努力提高民警的文明执法水平,争取更多群众的支持,才能使公安民警的执法权益得到有效保障。
