| 摘 要： | 文章从我国公证的性质以及现行的法律规定着眼,分析了我国公证的法律效力体系。通过分析,笔者认为我国公证的法律效力缺乏相应的理论基础和实践基础,使得公证的法律效力缺乏生命力。为了解决该问题,作者提出了完善我国公证法律制度的若干建议,以对公证实践提供有力的依据。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the feature and present legal regulation of notarization and analyses the effect system of legal effect. After that the writer concludes that the lack of legal basis and practical basis makes the legal effect of notarization unhopeful. At last the author proposes some suggestions in order to resolve the problem and offer powerful basis for the notarization practice. |
