摘    要:以大学生和大学教师为分析对象,从三个方面分析了高等教育过程中"马太效应"给大学生带来的消极影响,"马太效应"的存在使得大学生自我评价出现偏差、人际交往能力两极分化,同时由于"马太效应"大学生也受到了各种不公平待遇。然后相应给出了大学教师应该如何应对的方法。以期为大学生更好认识自己、更好规划发展提供指导;为广大教师改进教学方法、更好地与学生沟通、保障学生在公平友善环境中健康成长提供参考。

Analysis the Negative Impact to Students of "Matthew Effect" and the Teachers’ Response

Abstract:The author select college students and university teachers for analysis object,analysis the negative impact to students of "Matthew Effect" from three aspects in higher education process.The " Matthew Effect " make the college students’ self evaluation deviation,interpersonal skills polarization,at the same time because the "Matthew Effect" college students were also have all kinds of unfair treatment.And then gives the university teachers’ corresponding response.For college students to better understand and better planning and development provides guidance;For teachers to improve teaching method,better communication with students,ensuring the students in fair and friendly growth environment to provide the reference.
