浅析我国经济犯罪侦查组织的运行机制

自从“经济犯罪侦查”成为公安系统一个独立的警种以来,历经数年的实践、发展,人们对“经济犯罪侦查”的理论探索已从经验型的“个案研究”逐步转向“系统构建”、“运行模式”、“组织管理”等机制性问题上来,这是经济犯罪侦查理论研究的必然。大量的经侦工作实践证明,经侦工作的效率与工作体系的构建、合理的运行模式、科学的管理存在着极为密切的关联。

A Simple Analysis of the Operation Mechanism of the Investigation Organizations of Economic Crimes in China

Since "the investigation of economic crimes "became an independent branch in the system of public security, it has gone through several years' development and practice, and people's theoretical research on it has already transferred from the experienced study of " individual case " to the mechanism studies such as " system construction", " operation pattern ", " organization management ", etc. This tendency is a necessity of the theoretical research on this field. Plenty of practice in our investigation of economic crimes has proven that, there're close links between the efficiency of investigation of economic crimes and working system construction, reasonable operation pattern and scientific management.
