| 摘 要： | 本文从执政党建设理论继承、创新和发展的历史视角,将党的十七届四中全会《决定》同改革开放以来有关党的建设的历史文献紧密衔接,在归纳梳理《决定》的历史脉络和理论线索的基础上,重点对《决定》提出的一些重要理论观点及其价值进行分析论证,以推动党的建设用理论创新指导实践创新。

| Abstract: | This article focus on some important theories of the decision and its value in order to promote the Party＇s construction in theory innovation guiding. The author analysis it in a perspective of historical development of construction theory, with the relation of the decision in the 4th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC and the history literature of the Party＇ s construction since the opening. |
