| 摘 要： | 从不同的角度分析行政责任，行政责任的实现机制即表现出不同的结构。评价是行政责任实现的重要环节。具体到我国行政责任的实现机制而言，从对行政责任进行评价的主体的角度看，行政责任的实现机制大致可以分为自我评价、权力机关评价和社会评价三个层面，就消极意义的行政责任的实现来说，就是自我追究、权力机关追究和社会追究。

| Abstract: | With analyses of the administrative responsibility from different perspectives, we see mechanism for its realization in different frameworks with appraisal being an important means for the realization. As far as the mechanism in our country is concerned, it may include self-appraisal, authority appraisal and society appraisal in the perspective of the subject who does the appraising.The administrative responsibility is negatively realized by self-punishment, authority investigation and society supervision. |
