| 摘 要： | 1996年3月至2009年12月期间出版的全日制本科刑事诉讼法学教材多达199部,涉及70家出版社,在总体上呈现出数量逐年提升的发展趋势。对其中79部刑事诉讼法学教材的抽样调查显示：教材在著作形式上以主编类占主导,以编著类和专著类为补充;责任者为正高职称的教材数量占了绝对多数,但是,正高职称的作者比例较高的教材却不多;教材在内容、宏观结构和微观结构上呈现出多样性的特点。我国应当采取措施限制刑事诉讼法学教材的随意出版和提高刑事诉讼法学教材的权威性。学生和教师在问卷调查中所表达的观点促使我们应当关注刑事诉讼法学教材内容和结构的完善。

| Abstract: | There were 199 textbooks on criminal procedure law for full-time undergraduate education published during March 1996 to December 2009.70 publishing houses were involved,and resulted in the growing number of the textbooks in general year by year.A sampling investigation on 79 textbooks shows that the majority are editorial while the compilatory works and monographs are supplementary.Most of the editors in chief are professors.However,only a few of professors contribute to these textbooks.A great diversity of... |
