| 摘 要： | 在中国实行了1300年的科举制度曾广受抨击。但是,科举考试是一种公平、公开及公正的人才选拔方法,它体现了公开、平等、择优录用的原则,对于西方近代文官制度的建立,起过启发和借鉴作用。中国传统文化中有许多精华,在中国当代仍然具有积极的现实意义。

It had improved the official selecting and using system and had positive announcement and influence on modern society. |
