| Abstract: | In the transition of SOEs,the idea issue of the workers and staff members in SOEs has some characteristics: plural ideal understanding,plural value orientation,public interests pursuit,serious contradiction conflict and so on.Grasp the workers and staff members' idea issues in the transition of SOEs,work out measures,strengthen education and guidance have significant meaning for pushing reform of SOEs and promoting a stable development of SOEs. |
