| 摘 要： | 高职院校的人才培养特色主要表现在三个方面：培养目标具有鲜明的应用性，教学过程突出实践性，专业和课程设置具有适应经济社会需求的针对性和灵活性。产学合作教育、“双证书”教育和实践教学是高职院校人才培养特色建设的主要内容。

| Abstract: | The Features of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges have been revealed in three aspects: the aim is to cultivate talents with ability;the students get more practice in the teaching process;the courses are set for the demand of society with great flexibility.To cooperate with enterprises and help the students to obtain a certificate on professional skills besides English and computer,are the major contents to construct the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. |
