Lee Kuan Yew has constructed the political philosophy that is adapt to economical and social development and to open policy in Singapore. It spans tradition and modernity, is dominated by Confucianism, and reflects the principles of the modem political development. He built the core value system of modem politics, which has character of modernity, reality, open and functionality, and implemented the factors combination of citizen society on the rational politics horizon, and he has made the transition to modem country. But his political philosophy which is on the core of paternalistic elite politics is faced with challenges, and is forced to evolve and transit eontemporarily. All that set the example and reference for the third world country at present.
