| 摘 要： | 警察是高应激、高风险的职业,需要工作主体具有较高的心理素质。目前,在职警官和警察院校学员所面临的心理问题,对警察院校开展心理素质教育提出了紧迫的要求。应该对警察院校开展心理素质教育的主要内容和模式进行改革。

| Abstract: | Police is a high urgent and high risk vocation. It needs the subjects to be high mental quality. At present, police and the students in police colleges have mental problems. This put forward urgent needs for police colleges to carry out mental quality education. We should reform the contents and models of mental quality education in police college. |
