| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development is carried out over through the Marxist philosophic theory, such as spirit of science, humanity, practice and innovation. Furthermore,it answers the important questions： what is evolution; why and how evolutes. Thus it provides new connotation with times and practical requirements about the Marxist evolution theory. |
