论公安院校的素质教育

社会的发展与进步对公安工作提出了更高的要求 ,要求公安院校除了巩固已有的成绩、保持已有的特色外 ,必须培养学生的创新精神和服务意识。这正是新时期公安院校素质教育所应思考与讨论的难题 ,它并不能简单地通过知识教育来完成 ,而必须有意识地教育与营造。创新精神的培养 ,首先有赖于学校有一种环境和氛围 ,改变某些课程的考评方法 ,增加选修课 ,开设学术讲座 ;其次有赖于拥有一支高素质的、具有创新精神的教师队伍。服务意识的培养 ,一是依赖学校开门办学 ,服务社会 ;二是依赖职业意识教育。

On the Quality Education Public Security Colleges

The development of society requires public security work to reach at a higher level,and also requires Public security colleges to train students' creativity spirit and service concept.with maintaining their owned featwes and achievemeats.this is a difficult question needed to be thought over aud discussed over in the new times on the qualification education in public security colleges.the creativity spirit and service concept should be trained subjectively,but not simply through teaching book knowledge, should be determined by creating a condition in college.To train creativity spirit we should change some cxam ways,increasc optional subjects,open academic lectures first .then the college should have a higher qualified group of teachers.To train service concept majorly depend on running classes in an open-door way by college and profession concept education.
