我国参与国际禁毒合作的做法与思考

中国在坚持和平共处五项原则的基础上 ,积极参与和推动禁毒国际合作 ,在国际禁毒领域认真履行“五项基本原则” ,同周边国家及联合国的禁毒合作也经历了“四个转变” :由封闭到参与的观念转变、由意向商谈到广泛合作的转变、由单一性向多元化的转变和向法制化的转变。 2 1世纪 ,我们将积极推进国际禁毒国际合作 ,不断加强与外国的双边、多边以及港澳台之间的禁毒合作 ,积极帮助周边国家开展跨境替代种植 ,从根本上消除毒源地。

Method And Reflection of China Participating In International Cooperation Of Drug Prohibition

On the basis of keeping the Five Principle s of Peaceful coexistence, with carefully carring out the Five Princip les, China actively takes part in international cooperation of drug pr ohibition; This cooperation with neibouring countries has experienced fo ur changes: change from closure into participation, change from intenti ve negociation into wide cooperation, change from singleness into multi -sides and legalization. In the 21st century, China will actively push forward international cooperation ofening cooperation with other countries (including Hongkong,Macao,Taiwan) in multi-ways to root out drug production and plants with the help o f planting substitute in neighbouring countries
