Abstract: | The system of regulation over monopoly agreements is one of the oldest basic systems in antimonopoly law. Through the course of their development up to the present, the antimonopoly laws of all countries around the world have accumulated a great deal of practical experience in the field of regulation over monopoly agreements, which is of a great reference value to China - a country whose antimonopoly law became effective merely less than one year. However, it should be specifically stated here that as a result of influence of historical, political, economical, cultural and other factors, there is still a large difference between acts of monopoly agreements at the marketplace in China and those in countries with a developed market economy.
