论中国特色社会主义法治道路的主要动因

中国法治建设必须结合本土的法治资源，走中国特色社会主义法治道路。中国共产党的领导是中国法治道路的根本保证，人民民主是中国法治道路的目标，完备的社会主义法律体系是中国法治道路的基础，三者同时也是中国法治道路发展的动力源泉。我们必须坚持党的领导、人民当家作主与依法治国三者的有机统一。

On the Major Motion Sources of Rule of Law in China

We must follow way of rule of law with Chinese characters by combining our own traditional sources of rule of law. The leadship of CCP is the guarantee , people＇s democracy is the final target , and self-contained law system is the foundation . All of the above three factors are the major motion sources of the way of rule of law in China . So we must persist in the unifying of the leadership of the CCP , people＇s democracy and the rule of law.
