| 摘 要： | 绩效管理所追求的目标就是企业的高效运作和高质量、高效率的收益回报。实施绩效管理是企业加强内部管理的重要手段,是加强企业基础建设、实现建设现代化企业制度战略目标的需要。本文阐述了绩效管理的内涵和过程,分析了当前绩效管理中存在的问题,并就如何作好绩效管理进行了初浅的探讨。

This paper described the content and process of performance management, analyzed the problems that exist in performance management at present and discussed how to do the performance management well. |
