| Abstract: | Trade unions should proceed from their functions and orientation,integrate social force,push the work of safeguarding rights for migrant workers from rural areas.They should encircle the core point of "letting peasants become rich",give full play to trade unions role of serving rural economy construction,use for reference of trade unions' democratic management,push villagers' self-government and strengthen democratic political construction in the rural areas. |
